We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TPS. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across multiple TPS Centres.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow a loyal customer base.
- Work closely with Area Sales Managers and Centre Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and secure new customer accounts, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Present and report on sales and marketing activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and use this knowledge to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Minimum GCSE in Maths and English Language or equivalent.
