About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TPS. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across multiple TPS Centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow a loyal customer base
  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers and Centre Managers to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Identify and secure new customer accounts and develop existing relationships
  • Present and report on sales and marketing activity and performance
  • Utilize market data and research to understand sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and business partners
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement business improvement plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong business acumen and financial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of IT literacy
  • Minimum GCSE in Maths and English Language or equivalent
