Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TPS. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across multiple TPS Centres.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow a loyal customer base
- Work closely with Area Sales Managers and Centre Managers to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify and secure new customer accounts and develop existing relationships
- Present and report on sales and marketing activity and performance
- Utilize market data and research to understand sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and business partners
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement business improvement plans
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong business acumen and financial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High degree of IT literacy
- Minimum GCSE in Maths and English Language or equivalent
