Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
TPS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the West Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase sales revenues from mechanical customers
• Achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives in your territory
• Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts
• Work with the Area Sales Manager and Centre Managers to create and deliver on a sales strategy
• Present and report on sales and marketing activity performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development and sales growth
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and Volkswagen Group products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Minimum GCSE in Maths and English Language or equivalent
