Sales Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As an Area Sales Manager at Dawsongroup vans, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, referrals, and prospecting activities. You will also be responsible for account management, achieving growth, and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Outgoing personality and drive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot sales opportunities
- Highly organised and able to easily adapt to change
- Ability to think on your feet in a conversation and ask and answer questions with ease
- A 'never stop learning' mentality and the ability to apply it daily
- Excellent planning and organising skills, with the ability to manage your own time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain value-added customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Promote the Dawsongroup brand and ensure clients are aware of all Dawsongroup businesses
