About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa - Care Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Care Team: Take charge of the care team and ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care.
  • Develop Care Plans: Work with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor and evaluate the care provided to residents, making adjustments as needed to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and other care staff, to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Qualification: Hold a valid nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience in Care Homes: Have previous experience working in care homes or similar settings, with a strong understanding of the needs of older adults.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the care team.
