Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist will collaborate with the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager to enhance internal quality assurance processes and conduct service evaluations that elevate the standard of service delivery across various health screening programs. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to National Standards, InHealth Intelligence Protocols, and contractual obligations set by Commissioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential non-compliance and risk areas within InHealth Intelligence initiatives, recommending appropriate quality assurance investigations and audits.
- Monitor performance metrics and service interactions through the designated application, providing constructive feedback to management for team improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of service delivery, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Support the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager in executing audits, compliance visits, and service improvement projects as required.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new programs by assisting in venue selection, compliance verification, and procurement of necessary resources.
