Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

Requirements

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes observation, medication, reviewing, and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
  • You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
  • You are confident in offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
