Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Executive to join our team in Middlewich. As a key member of our Lung Health Check program, you will play a vital role in identifying lung cancer at its earliest stages and providing patients with peace of mind or enabling early detection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough telephone screenings to assess patients' risk of developing lung cancer.
  • Coordinate appointments at conveniently located clinics for meetings with our dedicated Lung Health Nurses.
  • Ensure that patients are provided appointment dates/times suited to their needs.
  • Respond to and action emails where needed.
  • Maintain accurate data on internal systems for reporting purposes.
  • Escalate any issues as and when they arise.
  • Respond to patient queries regarding the Lung Health Check process and their outcome.

Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with customers and/or patients.
  • Education to GCSE or equivalent qualifications and/or training/experience in patient care.
  • Understanding of the importance of patient confidentiality and awareness of data protection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail with relation to data administration.
