We are looking for a highly organised Junior Secretary to support our Compliance and Risk Team at Birchrose Associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Compliance & Risk Team with client due diligence and other tasks
  • Update service users on task progress and status
  • Create, maintain, and update files
  • Coordinate internal and external postal deliveries
  • Use the Practice Management System efficiently
  • Close and archive files
  • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing
  • Support the Finance team
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' administration experience
  • GCSEs graded A to C, including maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification)
  • CILEX qualification (desirable)
Salary and Benefits:
  • An estimated salary of £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
