Portfolio Credit Control is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Accounts Receivable function.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage team performance to ensure accurate and timely processing of cash and other receivables-related duties.
- Conduct daily reconciliations and checks of key areas, reporting issues to the Credit Control Manager and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute key information to stakeholders, including daily cash reporting, legal action success rates, and credit card receipt analysis.
- Liaise between parties in legal cases and provide timely updates to key stakeholders.
- Have overall responsibility for maintenance of the Accounts Receivable area on Insite, the firm's intranet.
- Approve processes in Workday, including direct debit runs, sundry invoices, and credit notes.
- Have overall responsibility for member firm debt management, including submission of invoices, responding to queries, and debt collection.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
