About the Opportunity

- Analyse customer feedback and web analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
About You
">- You have 5+ years of experience leading customer experience initiatives in the water sector.
- You possess strong knowledge of customer experience principles, industry regulations, and digital channel management.
- You are an expert in web analytics, customer insight analysis, and developing improvement solutions.
