AI Governance Expert

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to join our team at WeCookIT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the framework that ensures the ethical, compliant, and secure development and deployment of AI systems within our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks: Create and implement governance frameworks, policies, and standards for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor Compliance and Manage Risks: Monitor compliance with AI governance frameworks and manage risks associated with AI systems, ensuring that AI practices align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal, compliance, IT, and business units, to promote responsible AI usage and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures to govern AI initiatives, ensuring that AI practices align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in AI governance, policy development, and risk management.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and regulations (e.g. GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, and technical understanding of AI technologies, specifically GenAI technologies and the applications of LLMs.
