Our Products

We offer a range of products, including Sapio LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), Sapio ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook), Sapio Jarvis (Scientific Data Cloud), and Sapio ELaiN (Electronic Laboratory Artificially Intelligent Notebook). Our products are created from one platform, the Sapio Platform, a configurable no/low-code science-aware laboratory informatics platform powered with built-in scientific and AI tools.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team in York, PA. This role requires 20-25 hours per week, spread across 5 days, with the flexibility to accommodate the right candidate. A minimum of 3 days in the office is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office tasks, including responding to emails and organizing mail.
  • Replenish office supplies and maintain inventory levels for 2 offices within 0.5 miles of each other.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely arrival and distribution for marketing shows, new hires, and customer events.
  • Manage customer rental spaces in parking lot, monthly invoicing, and bank deposits.
  • Schedule and meet with vendors to procure office supplies and services.
  • Provide logistical support to the hiring team, organizing interviews and assisting with office inductions for new staff.

Requirements

  • Must be local to York, PA.
  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible schedule with availability at least 3 days per week.
