Role Overview

The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of both the Shoreditch office and our North Woolwich Depot. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating between locations, and supporting various departments to ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, multitasking professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They should have at least 2 years of experience in office management within a busy environment, be flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Office and Depot Management:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at both the Shoreditch office and the North Woolwich depot
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement, as well as equipment for both sites
  • Be the point of contact and liaise with facility management and service providers for maintenance and repairs as needed

Coordination and Communication:

  • Play a key role in employee onboarding, including welcoming new hires, managing building access, preparing merchandise, and technical equipment
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Shoreditch office and the North Woolwich depot
  • Organize and coordinate company events, team lunches, onsite customer meetings, and other activities

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to all departments as required by the executive team
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
  • Handle outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with diverse projects and initiatives, such as office redesigns and environmental certification schemes

Financial Administration:

  • Handle invoicing, billing, and petty cash management for assigned cost centers
  • Manage office expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness
