**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple calendars and schedules
- Work with tenants to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage office inventory and supplies
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper office branding and signage.
- Work with the marketing team on office promotions and events.
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or General Manager as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in an office setting preferred. Lettings experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while remaining flexible and flexible with others.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week
**Salary**: £13,000.00 per year
