The Role: Office Administrator - Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team in York, PA. This role requires 20-25 hours per week spread across 5 days with the flexibility to accommodate the right candidate. A minimum of 3 days in the office is mandatory.

As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling general office tasks, including responding to emails and organizing mail.
  • Replenishing office supplies and maintaining inventory levels for two offices within close proximity.
  • Coordinating shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely arrival and distribution for marketing events, new hires, and customer events.
  • Managing customer rental spaces in the parking lot, including monthly invoicing and bank deposits.
  • Scheduling and meeting with vendors to procure office supplies and services.
  • Providing logistical support to the hiring team by organizing interviews and assisting with office inductions for new staff members.

You will be reporting directly to our Office and HR Manager and will be an integral part of our administrative team.

Requirements:

  • Must reside locally in York, PA.
  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible schedule with availability at least 3 days per week.
