Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Admin Assistant to join our team in York, PA. This role requires 20-25 hours per week, spread across 5 days, with the flexibility to accommodate the right candidate. A minimum of 3 days in the office is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office tasks, including responding to emails and organizing mail.
  • Replenish office supplies and maintain inventory levels for 2 offices within 0.5 miles of each other.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely arrival and distribution for marketing shows, new hires, and customer events.
  • Manage customer rental spaces in the parking lot, monthly invoicing, and bank deposits.
  • Schedule and meet with vendors to procure office supplies and services.
  • Provide logistical support to the hiring team, organizing interviews and assisting with office inductions for new staff.
Requirements
  • Must be local to York, PA.
  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible schedule with availability at least 3 days per week.
