Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team in York, PA. This role requires 20-25 hours per week, spread across 5 days, with the flexibility to accommodate the right candidate. A minimum of 3 days in the office is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks, including responding to emails and organizing mail.
- Replenish office supplies and maintain inventory levels for 2 offices within 0.5 miles of each other.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely arrival and distribution for marketing shows, new hires, and customer events.
- Manage customer rental spaces in parking lot, monthly invoicing, and bank deposits.
- Schedule and meet with vendors to procure office supplies and services.
- Provide logistical support to the hiring team, organizing interviews and assisting with office inductions for new staff.
Requirements
- Must be local to York, PA.
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible schedule with availability at least 3 days per week.
