About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to join our team at WeCookIT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the framework that ensures the ethical, compliant, and secure development and deployment of AI systems within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks: Create and implement policies, standards, and procedures to govern AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor compliance, manage risks, and ensure that AI practices align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal, compliance, IT, and business units, to promote responsible AI usage and mitigate potential risks.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and standards for AI, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Proven leadership and project management skills to drive governance initiatives and ensure adherence to standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 35 years of experience in AI governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of AI technologies, specifically GenAI technologies and the applications of LLMs.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English, German is a plus.
