London Business School is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and innovation in our Executive Education department. As Director, Open Programme Sales, you will lead a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program awareness and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our open program offerings.
  • Lead a team of Client Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the Open Portfolio team and Academic Directors to ensure program relevance, competitiveness, and client needs are met.
  • Manage a small portfolio of open programs and drive pricing strategy to maximize revenue.
  • Shaping marketing activities to raise awareness, drive preference, and maximize leads.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior sales management roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and team performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, with operational know-how and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, operate effectively with senior leaders, and travel as needed.
