About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Care Manager to fill a full-time and permanent position within our client's team. The successful candidate will work in the field of mental health, learning disabilities, and autism, providing high-quality care and support to service users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring efficient resource allocation and provision of excellent care services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Development Team to select and integrate new residents, assess their needs, and facilitate a smooth transition into the home if necessary.
  • Evaluate the implementation of dynamic support plans, prioritizing individualized care and fostering personal development among service users.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and adhere to best practices as outlined in the National Minimum Standards.
  • Establish a safe environment that promotes opportunities for growth and development, taking into account physical, practical, and emotional needs.
  • Take charge of risk analysis, conducting thorough assessments and creating actionable plans to mitigate risks when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy living environment, supporting Senior Managers in contract monitoring and contributing valuable insights through reports and data analysis.
  • Navigate collaborations with external agencies effectively, upholding professional communication standards.
  • Partner with the Personnel Department to recruit and select staff, assisting Area Managers in formulating staffing strategies, policies, and procedures.

Compensation Package:

  • Estimated Annual Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
