Mental Health Specialist Nurse

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our progressive team that invests in staff development and career progression. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with strong interpersonal skills, good communication both verbally and written.
As a dedicated mental health specialist nurse, you will be committed to working with individuals with severe mental health problems in a ward environment. You will be part of our multi-disciplinary team at Woodchurch ward, which is an acute female admission ward for a range of people, predominantly older adults.
The trust has a flexible rota system in place, allowing for a good work-life balance while providing excellent patient care. Our teams are passionate about delivering evidence-based interventions through solution-focused approaches.
We are looking for motivated individuals with passion and empathy to join us as part of our professional, skilled, and friendly team that invests in staff through continuous development and career progression.
