Job Title: Site Manager Lead
About Skilled Careers:
We are a Volume House Builder looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to oversee a prestigious development of Timber Frame houses and flats in Kent.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with our health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Master Build Programme: In conjunction with the Head of Construction, prepare the master build programme and review and revise it in line with budget requirements.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress of the build programme to ensure construction methods and timescales are met and take corrective action to bring progress back in line with programme.
- Equipment and Staff Management: Agree and manage the equipment, plant, staffing, and sub-contract requirements for the site.
- Query Resolution: Respond to all queries from trades and take action accordingly.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and effectiveness of direct reports.
About You:
- You hold a Valid CSCS Card.
- You have a Valid SMSTS certificate.
- You possess a Full UK Driving License.
- You have Good Customer Satisfaction scores.
- You have Extensive experience as a Site Manager with a House Builder.
- You can chair and run Sub Contractor meetings.
- You have a Proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively.
- You have Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation.
- You can work with a high degree of accuracy.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is between £75,000 - £80,000 per annum. You will also receive a car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave, 20% bonus, and other company benefits.
