Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retirement development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating activities and events for our Home Owners.
As a trusted and 'friendly neighbour' on-site, you will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organising activities and events. Your passion for excellent customer service and administration skills will be vital in ensuring a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Home Owners.
With a focus on providing a first-class customer service, you will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people. You will be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when necessary, while also having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety and security of the development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for Home Owners
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate activities and events for Home Owners, including social events and maintenance schedules
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
- Complete health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment
- Experience of managing maintenance schedules and contractors, with a focus on safety and security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
