Postal Route Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Postal Route Coordinator. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of parcels, packages, and mail to local communities. • Coordinate the delivery of parcels, packages, and mail to residential and business addresses with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with our customers to resolve any issues or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

• A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• The ability to work in all weather conditions and for long periods on foot.
• A high level of organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A competitive monthly salary equivalent to £13.40 per hour.
• Overtime paid at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate.
• 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata).
