**About the Role:**

We are seeking an exceptional Retirement Lodge Manager to lead our team at Invicta Lodge in Westwood Cross, Kent. This is a unique opportunity to coordinate daily activities, events, and maintenance tasks that positively impact the lives of our Home Owners and provide a hassle-free retirement lifestyle.

The successful candidate will have experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. They will be comfortable working independently, using their initiative to support event organisation and site administration.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent administrative skills, be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. You will work closely with residents, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and effective problem-solving.
