Skilled Careers is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of a prestigious development in Kent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the company's health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review the master build programme in conjunction with the Head of Construction.
  • Monitor progress and take corrective action to bring the build programme back on track.
  • Manage equipment, plant, staffing, and sub-contract requirements for the site.
  • Respond to queries from trades and take action accordingly.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of direct reports.

About You:

  • Hold a valid CSCS card.
  • Hold a valid SMSTS certificate.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Have good customer satisfaction scores.
  • Have extensive experience as a Site Manager with a House Builder.
  • Be able to chair and run Sub Contractor meetings.
  • Have a proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively.
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation.
  • Be able to work with a high degree of accuracy.

On offer is a basic salary of between £75,000 - £80,000, plus car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave, 20% bonus, and other company benefits.
