In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email communications.

About the Job:

As a Korean Speaking Representative, you will be working as part of a team, supporting colleagues and delivering a very high standard of quality and professionalism at all times. You will be conducting calls to generate high-quality leads in Korean and English, researching contacts and considering their requirements prior to communication.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and culturally diverse team, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and grow with the company. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in Korean and English, and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Korean and English.

  • Well-organized and having excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to quickly learn new processes.

The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday 6am - 10am. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours and continuous training and development opportunities.
