Country Estates Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Estates Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of our rural 3,000-acre estate.

About the Role:
  • Manage and maintain the condition of the estate's properties, including conducting stock condition surveys.
  • Supervise in-house teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Raise work orders using Qube to track progress and manage workflow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in estate administration, property management, or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose building defects and specify repairs to maintain the integrity of the estate's properties.
  2. Ensure health and safety compliance by implementing effective risk management strategies.
  3. Provide estimates and update records to inform decision-making.
