Wellbeing Administrator

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge? Join the team as a Wellbeing Administrator at Elysium Healthcare and be a part of a company that values and supports you.
Working 37.5 hours over five days, you will support the Wellbeing strategy across Elysium from site level to the Board of Directors. This is a Hybrid role with days based at our Luton office.
You will be reporting to the Health and Wellbeing Lead. And you will be responsible for all the administrative processes associated with Elysium’s Wellbeing activities.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Collating data required for Wellbeing processes and activities
- Ordering and processing vouchers e.g.: Long service, staff raffles etc
- Payment of orders on the company’s finance system
- Assisting with the organisation of conferences and events in relation to Wellbeing
- Ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the Wellbeing function
- Provide information for internal and external publications
**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:
- Highly motivated person who is able to work on their own initiative
- Organisation is key to this role
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position
- Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
