**Business Administrator Apprenticeship**:
**Paragon Training (UK) Ltd** has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, keen apprentice to join their friendly and supportive team.**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation as a Office Administrator Apprentice. You will be able to develop your knowledge and skills in daily office administration as part of a leading UK provider of Health and Safety training programmes.

**As an apprentice, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the team with all aspects of day-to-day administration and general office duties
- Incoming & outgoing post - including previews and processing orders
- Stock management - stationery supplies, DVDs, duplications, etc
- Credit control - issuing invoices and chasing for payment, card payments
- Invoices - keeping a folder in order and passing for payment when due
- Filing
- Updating database - help to keep it up to date and correctly spelled
- Updating website - add and remove products, order administration
- Typing letters
- Sales report - updated weekly
- General product knowledge - including DVDs and prices
- Amazon - add and remove products, order administration
- Reminder letters, PAR and SR invoices
- Maintaining printers - checking ink levels, refilling paper trays, etc
- Other tasks as needed

**Training to be provided**:Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role. Dependent on the learner's prior knowledge.
- Business Administration Level 3 Standard, 18 months practical with an additional 2 months End Point Assessment period.
- Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required).
- As an apprentice, you will undertake ‘off-the-job’ training to

develop the required knowledge, skills, and behaviors of the

apprenticeship standard during your normal working hours.

**Working Week and Hours**:36 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm.

**Salary**:Starting wage: £12,000

**Start date**:Immediately.
