Wellbeing Coordinator

**Job Introduction**:
Total Wellbeing Luton is a service providing an innovative approach which aims to support both the emotional and physical health needs of people across Luton. The service brings together a range of evidence-based interventions aimed at addressing emotional health concerns early whilst encouraging and enabling the adoption of healthier lifestyles, including stopping smoking, weight management, increasing physically active and managing and reducing the impact of long-term conditions.
We have a full-time and a part-time opportunity.
**Role Responsibility**:
We are currently looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team who will support the first point of contact for service users, stakeholders and partners.
This is an exciting role working within a fast paced, demand led contact centre service. A challenging but rewarding environment which will include:
- Helping to guide service users through their first steps into the service providing information and advice about our various programmes that supports their holistic health and wellbeing
- To complete referrals, book appointments and send appropriate information
- Helping to support an integrated approach to physical and emotional wellbeing by maintaining a current and up to date knowledge of all programmes available within the Total Wellbeing Luton service.
- To undertake administrative activities as required
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- Experience within a customer service or health and social care environment
- Have experience within a fast paced, demand led environment
- Ability to support a diverse community without prejudice and demonstrate empathy
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service and provide a high-quality client experience
- Experience using databases to input personal and sensitive information and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
