We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with great analytical skills and attention to detail to join our team as a Visa Administrator.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term position of 6 months.
To be responsible for maintaining up to date right to work information on ESR and ensure that a statutory right to work is maintained. To engage with staff and process Visa’s and extension to Visa’s via the UKVI software system. To be the first point of contact for staff seeking guidance relating to Immigration issues.
To deliver accurate and timely routine workforce information relating to right to work information as directed.
To ensure data on to the ESR payroll system is input, validated and updated where necessary including administration of work permit checks.

1) To maintain and keep up to date all right to work details for staff on the ESR system
2) To liaise with staff requiring visa’s or extension to visa’s requesting all relevant information and processing this through the UKVI software system in a timely manner.
3) To liaise with staff to provide their up to date right to work evidence.
4) Develop and maintain a good understanding of the ESR functionality to produce requisite reports as and when necessary.
5) Provide accurate input of confidential information relating to staff onto the ESR payroll system.
6) To run regular reports from ESR to support effective right to work checks for all visa types.
7) Provide administration of Certificates of Sponsorship (Tier 2) within the Trust carrying out positive verification checks where required and ensure timely renewals.
8) Take full ownership of the accurate and up to date right to work information recorded, develop improvements and escalate any issues to the Workforce Information Manager.
9) Ensure workforce right to work compliance data capture and reporting mechanisms are effective, making recommendations to the Workforce Information Manager and implementing changes as appropriate.
10) To run regular reports to audit compliance of timely right to work data.
11) Provide confirmation of employment letters to overseas staff in post when requested.
12) Provide other administrative support as required
