Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in order management. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, including order entry, production coordination, shipping, and invoice documentation
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and various departments for deliveries and lead times
- Prepare sales reports to support the sales team and management
- Coordinate RMA processes with sales and customers
- Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP database efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge through training and development opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Meet minimum requirements of 3-5 years' experience in customer services or a related position
