At ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase orders into our order process flow with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customers to resolve RMA processes efficiently.
- Act as a direct point of contact for Sales team members, supporting them with key accounts and providing timely updates on stock and backlog.
- Monitor order flows in coordination with production planning and material supply, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide critical updates to Sales on any deviations from delivery time forecasts, enabling proactive measures.
- Support Sales with presentations for important customer visits, leveraging data on order history, RMA, backlog, and prices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERP database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of our products and services.
- Develop strong written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in customer services or a related field.
