Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answering inbound calls from customers to provide timely support.
- Utilizing active listening and questioning techniques to pre-empt customer requirements.
- Working efficiently to deal with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes and log any queries.
- Ensuring all calls are compliant with Data Protection regulations.
- Listening to the client's request, confirming all data, and reassuring them through the use of positive language.
- Suggesting or recommending other relevant products offered by IN-SYNC Group that clients may find beneficial.
- Resolving customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the IN-SYNC Help Centre.
- Escalating any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution.
- Using customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement.
