About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bank General Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our hospital administration department, you'll provide day-to-day patient administration support, ensuring that daily tasks are completed to a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration cover as required across the hospital, including reception, wards, medical records, and business admin.
  • Support clinical, finance, and sales teams with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with Spire Policy.
  • Ensure timely delivery of clinical correspondence and diagnostic results to consultants and staff.

Requirements:

  • Good team working skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • IT literacy.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good telephone manner.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience. You'll also receive competitive rates of pay and free car parking.
