About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bank General Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our hospital administration department, you'll provide day-to-day patient administration support, ensuring that daily tasks are completed to a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration cover as required across the hospital, including reception, wards, medical records, and business admin.
- Support clinical, finance, and sales teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with Spire Policy.
- Ensure timely delivery of clinical correspondence and diagnostic results to consultants and staff.
Requirements:
- Good team working skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- IT literacy.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Good telephone manner.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience. You'll also receive competitive rates of pay and free car parking.
