Financial Services Coordinator

Howett Thorpe, a growing organisation based in Farnham, is seeking a Financial Services Coordinator to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company that is experiencing significant growth and requires an additional finance professional on either a full-time or part-time basis (30 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts and be looking for their next challenge.
Financial Services Coordinator– Salary & Benefits- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

This role involves supporting the daily running of the finance function, reporting into the Finance Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices into the system and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries and setting up new accounts.
- Assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries.
- Processing business expense returns.
- Assisting in the BACS payments run process.
- Completing finance processes relating to purchase requisition orders and invoices.
- Ensuring all finance admin is organised correctly.
- Previous experience in a finance role or entry-level candidates with strong accounting skills
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
