About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Support to join our team in Farnham, Surrey. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in the preparation and administration of financial plans for clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in new business administration and client liaison. The role will involve working closely with our advisors to assist with client meetings, conducting technical research, and preparing fee estimates.

A competitive salary of £32-34k, plus bonuses and profit share, is on offer. You will also receive full support with professional qualifications and enjoy career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Assist with new business administration and client liaison
  2. Work closely with advisors to prepare and administer financial plans
  3. Conduct technical research and prepare fee estimates
  4. Attend client meetings and schedule post-meeting actions
  5. Build financial plans on Prestwood system and draft simple suitability letters
  6. Perform simple tax returns
