About the Role

Austin Fraser is recruiting for a Warranty and Service Coordinator to join their team in Farnham. As a coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless warranty administration for commercial vehicles.

You will need to have a strong background in warranty administration, with experience of DMS and excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will also possess good communication skills, with an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating warranty claims from start to finish
  • Maintaining relationships with customers, dealerships and manufacturers
  • Follow-up on warranty issues
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding warranty status

This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with no weekends. A competitive salary of £27,000 per annum is on offer, plus benefits.
