About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer databases, preparing sales reports, coordinating meetings, and performing general office duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Managing and maintaining accurate customer information
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and proposals
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements for sales personnel
  • Supporting the sales team in managing sales pipelines and tracking performance
  • Performing general office duties including filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
