Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage and maintain customer databases ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team in managing sales pipelines and tracking sales performance.
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred but all levels of experience will be considered.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must live near Farnham and have the right to work in the UK.
