Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales personnel.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the sales team in managing sales pipelines and tracking sales performance.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred but all levels of experience will be considered.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must live near Farnham and have the right to work in the UK.
