Administrative Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Valoris Group. As an Administrative Sales Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer databases, preparing sales reports, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
* Assist in the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Support the sales team in managing sales pipelines and tracking sales performance.
* Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred but all levels of experience will be considered.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must live near Farnham and have the right to work in the UK.
