We are a nationwide organisation with over 30,000 members across the UK based in Farnham. Due to expansion, we are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our existing accounts team of 5. The role involves supporting the transactional element of accounts and ensuring entries are up to date ahead of month and year end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Posting of monthly journals for Payroll, Depreciation, Prepayments & any other adjustments required.
  • Responsible for the Fixed Asset Register & Schedules.
  • Assist in the production of the financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within an office environment working as an accounts administrator or accounts assistant and used to working as part of an accounts team across a varied accounts position. A qualification in accounts is not required for this role but experience working within a similar role, dealing with accruals, prepayments and journal entries is essential.

Paying up to £30K depending on experience, the role will require you to work 37.5 hours per week Mon to Fri with the potential for one day a week WFH once trained. Reporting directly into the Senior Financial Accountant, you will take control of the Sales Ledger and be responsible for the reconciliation of all Balance Sheet.
