About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to multiple directors, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. They will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks, maintaining filing systems, and managing databases. Additionally, they will assist with budget tracking and expense reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing systems and databases.
  • Assist with financial management, including budget tracking and expense report preparation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
