VWA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Level Administrative Coordinator to provide critical support to two Senior executives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting senior executives, preferably in financial services or asset management. They will also possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to two Senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Arrange travel bookings and itineraries, as required
  • Assist with project coordination and other administrative tasks

Salary and Benefits: This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, VWA offers a range of benefits, including discretionary bonus, pension contribution, and 25 days' holiday.
