We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Executive Director in London. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our Regulatory Services division.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position requiring national travel. You will be responsible for coordinating complex travel arrangements, managing calendars, and providing logistical support to ensure the efficient utilization of executive time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and business support to the Executive Director(s)
  • Maintaining confidentiality when interacting with Board members, global BSI executives, and senior-level external stakeholders
  • Heavy calendar management to coordinate travel arrangements and optimize executive time
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing necessary documents, and managing logistical arrangements
  • Supporting specific project work as required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry
  • A high attention to detail
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level staff globally
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external personnel at all levels
  • Ability to adapt and pivot to business and personal needs
  • A high level of logistical support
