As a key member of our executive support team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Sr. Executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in executive-level administration, with a proven track record of providing proactive and expert-level support in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and events, driving projects, creating presentations and reports, managing files and calendars, and liaising with executives and other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing travel arrangements, and ensuring timely communication with all relevant parties.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In addition, you will need to possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 8 years' experience working in an executive-level administration role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential, as well as experience with CRM software.

You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary of £100,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus structure and an exceptional benefits package.
