Client Acquisition Professional

FDM Group is looking for a Client Acquisition Professional to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities across various sectors. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business prospects, and contributing to the success of the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Contribute to daily stand-ups and regular group sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs on a weekly basis.
- Utilize Salesforce for efficient account management and administration.
- Engage with collaboration and networking tools to enhance client interactions.
- Gather client requirements and source suitable candidates from the FDM Skills Lab.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Graduate Recruitment, University Partnerships, HR, Skills Lab, Technical Coaches, and Sales Management to achieve shared goals.
- Stay informed about industry and sector trends through proactive research.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- A driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Commercially savvy and target oriented.
- Eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
