Join Our Team as a Client Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition Manager to join our team at Venatrix. Based in London, Soho, with 3 days in office, this role offers a chance to contribute to rapid growth in the market.

Venatrix is a leader in the MarTech industry, founded in New York and expanding in Europe. Our technology helps businesses in e-commerce, retail, and direct-to-consumer sectors deliver tailored experiences across digital channels. We have completed our Series C funding round and are currently in a hyper-growth phase.

Prominent clients include Clarins, Kurt Geiger, and Uniqlo. As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate with the Enterprise and Strategic Business Development team to develop and execute Account-Based marketing strategies through research, organisational mapping, and content creation to drive pipeline growth in EMEA.

About Your Role:
  • You will support the team in crafting customised, multi-channel outreach to specific targets.
  • Finding innovative ways to access key decision-makers by fostering client relationships and organising industry events.
  • Maintaining continuity of messaging throughout the customer sales lifecycle.
About You:
  • A minimum of 12-18 months sales experience in B2B environments.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven approach.
  • A passionate entrepreneurial self-starter.

Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £38,000 (Base + Double Overtime)
